In 2004, a committee was formed to address fundraising concerns. After reviewing the information from the committee, the following guidelines were instituted. Each group can maximize their fund-raising and spare the community a constant barrage of solicitations by choosing fundraisers wisely and pouring all of their efforts into a few selected projects.

Guidelines for fundraisers are:

• The high school classes and organizations can have two (2) fundraisers during the year.
• The Harvest Festival does not count as one of the two fund-raisers allowed.
• Elementary/JH classes, K-8, can only raise funds in conjunction with the Harvest Festival.

Approved and scheduled fundraisers are:

• Seniors - None
• Juniors - Basketball concession* and magazine sales
• Sophomores - None
• Freshmen - None
• FFA - Basketball Concession*, Meat and Cookie dough sales
• Cheerleaders - Babysitting for Christmas*

Activities marked with a * are service projects and do nto count as fundraisers.
