Character Counts Program
Hartley students participate in the Angel Tree program and a Christmas canned food drive. Hartley ISD is committed to educating our students in the importance of good character. HISD utilizes the program Character Counts to implement its character education program.
HISD students will be participating in various community service projects throughout the school year to give back to the community. The community of Hartley does and gives so much to HISD that it is important for HISD to give back to them. If you know of a community service project, please contact the principal.
