**HARTLEY ISD ADOPTED A TAX RATE FOR THE 2009-2010 SCHOOL YEAR THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE.**
